📌 About the Role

Jus Mundi is looking for an Account Executive - Brazil, based in São Paulo, to grow our footprint in the Brazilian legal market.

You’ll work closely with our Brazil Country Director and play a key role in driving new business, engaging top-tier law firms, and supporting our expansion strategy in the region.

This is a remote role based in São Paulo, with occasional travel for client meetings and industry events.

We’re an international team of 15+ sales professionals working across Latin America, Europe, and Asia, all driven by a shared goal: to empower global justice through innovation, and transforming the legal industry with cutting-edge AI solutions.

We work with top-tier law firms, corporates, governments and universities in over 80 countries, from Chile to Japan and from Norway to South Africa. 💙 The Latam Sales team is currently composed of 4 people and you will be working directly with the Brazil Country Director, based in Paris.

Job Description

🌟Your mission at Jus Mundi

Brazil is a growing market for our services. Our portfolio of clients includes the most renowned law firms in Brazil, such as Mattos Filho, BM&A, FCDG, Tozzini Freire, Sergio Bermudes, Lefosse, alongside boutique law firms specializing in arbitration, expert firms, and leading companies. We are proud to partner with the most prominent arbitral institutions in the region, including the ICC, CAM-CCBC, CBMA, CAMARB, AMCHAM, and more than 100 institutions globally.

As a Brazil Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting the Brazilian market and driving new business for the company.

You will be in charge of:

  • Prospection, development and follow-up of your prospects and clients’ portfolio via phone, mail, social network and face-to-face meetings.

  • Managing inbound leads, generating outbound leads, and handling them all through the sales process, until the closing.

  • Demonstrating the value of Jus Mundi to prospects, remotely or face-to face, and with a large public.

  • Managing and tracking customer information, activities, pipeline metrics and accurate forecasts in CRM.

  • Negotiating with legal executives.

  • Helping elaborate the sales strategy in terms of acquisition and retention, under the supervision of the Director of Brazil.

  • Learning to master our AI tools to showcase their full potential and help clients streamline their workflows.

Preferred Experience

⚙️ Preferred Experience and Skills

  • A legal professional experience (law degree required), ideally with 3–4 years' experience in a law firm, arbitration institution, or related environment.

  • You’re looking to transition into a sales/commercial role and excited about business development in the legal tech space - We’ll train you: You don’t need prior sales experience — we’ll provide full onboarding and mentoring to help you grow into the role.

  • You’re familiar with or eager to learn about B2B sales processes and tools (CRMs, Sales Navigator, etc.).

  • You’re a native Portuguese speaker, with strong professional English (Spanish is a bonus).

  • You’re comfortable engaging with senior legal stakeholders and speaking in public.

  • You’re organized, autonomous, and proactive — you bring structure and energy to your work.

  • You’re passionate about legal innovation, AI, and the future of law.

Ideally, you will meet our Director of Brazil in person in São Paulo, in August or September 2025.
