Job Description

📌 About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Global Publications & Partnerships Intern (6 months) to support our editorial and partnership initiatives.

This hybrid role is ideal for a law student or recent graduate with a passion for international law and arbitration, strong communication skills, and curiosity about how legal publishing and institutional collaboration work in practice.

You’ll play a key role in managing publications, coordinating with authors and partners worldwide, and cultivating strategic partnerships that bring visibility to Jus Mundi’s growing ecosystem. You’ll also gain the opportunity to interact with leading figures in international arbitration and take ownership of projects that matter.

🙌 The Team

You’ll be part of our Global Data Dept, sharing your time between the Legal Publications and Global Partnerships teams, ensuring a breadth of hands-on experiences. Our teams work on relationship-building and nurturing with 100+ arbitral institutions and organizations around the world, as well as leading publishers in the legal field, and publishing our own legal books and journal. We are also actively involved in AI-related company projects. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with top professionals across legal, data, AI, and business, and diversify your professional profile

🌟Your mission at Jus Mundi

Legal Publications & Editorial Support

  • Liaise with authors and editors (who are eminent arbitration professionals) before and after publication -from collecting materials to coordinating edits and final approvals.

  • Proofread, format, and prepare articles, reports, and other legal content for publication on Jus Mundi platforms (including Daily Jus and the Jus Mundi Arbitration Review).

  • Maintain the editorial calendar and support the publication workflow across internal tools (Salesforce, Notion, WordPress, Asana).

  • Support with management of our blog’s editorial team composed of lawyers from all around the world

  • Contribute ideas for new editorial initiatives or process improvements.

Partner Engagement & Operations

  • Support our 100+ partnerships with leading arbitral institutions, universities, and publishers.

  • Facilitate partner access to Jus Mundi and ensure a seamless experience.

  • Manage and update partnership data using internal tools.

  • Lead Jus Mundi's Moot Competition support initiatives.

  • Help prepare partnership materials and reports that shape engagement strategies.

  • Help with marketing efforts to increase partners’ and publications’ visibility across Jus Mundi’s platforms.

Research & Strategy

  • Conduct research on institutional partners, new collaboration opportunities, and developments in the arbitration ecosystem.

  • Support institutional partners in adopting generative AI by developing prompt frameworks, researching best practices, and providing insights on AI applications in legal research and workflows.

  • Support Jus Mundi's education and training initiatives by researching best practices, identifying relevant content, and contributing to the development of learning resources.

  • Monitor peer publications and partnership activities for benchmarking and inspiration.

  • Help identify content or insights from partners that could be featured or repurposed on Jus Mundi.

Preferred Experience

  • Background: Master's or LL.M. student or recent graduate with an interest in international arbitration and law in a tech-driven environment.

  • Skills: Excellent writing and communication skills in English, attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and advanced proficiency with legal technology tools.

  • Tech-savvy: Experience with generative AI tools and an understanding of AI applications in legal research, document analysis and workflow automation. Comfortable experimenting with emerging technologies to enhance legal processes and drive efficiency.

    Experience with CRM platforms (such as Salesforce), project management tools (Asana, Notion), and content management systems (WordPress) is a plus but training will be provided.

  • Mindset: Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable interacting with senior professionals. Eager to bridge the gap between legal expertise and technological innovation.

  • Ambition: Excited to contribute ideas, take initiative, and grow in responsibilities while helping shape the future of legal tech.

Recruitment Process

  • Writing sample requested post-first meeting, if initial criteria met

  • Final interview with either or both Victoria Krapivini, Director of Partnerships, and Clemence Prevot, Director of Publications. Potentially in person at our Paris office.
